We used Angela and her team to rent out a property in Beckenham . Throughout the term of our rental we could not fault the service provided Angela was always able to assist with a wide range of issues, nothing was ever too much trouble

I can’t recommend Angela and Elite & Co highly enough. Angela showed us a property at short notice after a few unsuccessful attempts with other agencies. From the moment we stepped in the flat, Angela has gone above and beyond to make the buying process as seamless and as fast as possible despite us picking terrible solicitors! I can’t thank her enough as this process would have been a lot more stressful without her!

Elite and Co are an independent estate agency, and I think it makes al the difference. Angela the branch manager gave the sale of my flat her full attention from start to finish, achieving a number of offers and the price I wanted with the right buyer within just 2 weeks. She followed through chasing solicitors to get the sale to completion so everything ran smoothly. I can say from experience you do not get that level of service at any of the chain Estate agents where you are just a statistic - she was always at the end of the phone for me. It's an extremely well run company focusing on quality rather than volume of listings.
