Angela the branch manager gave the sale of my flat her full attention from start to finish, achieving a number of offers and the price I wanted with the right buyer within just 2 weeks. She followed through chasing solicitors to get the sale to completion so everything ran smoothly. I can say from experience you do not get that level of service at any of the chain Estate agents where you are just a statistic - she was always at the end of the phone for me. It's an extremely well run company focusing on quality rather than volume of listings.
